    Nobody. Well, nobody is supposed to. There is no syllabus for Lithuanian, so technically you're only allowed do an exam in it if it's your mother tongue.

    He said there's no syllabus, not that there's no exam. SEC does exams for each of the EU languages but they're only for people who actually speak the language, they can't be chosen as a subject in school (Obviously besides the main european languages which do have a syllabus)

    I'm doing Lithuanian. I heard you get penalized for writing too much.

    ... and "Diotamdoa Vlejgkki" is not Lithuanian.
