Small enough helping Pilau rice and Tikka Masala.

Came back to the office and there was a giant cake sitting there.
Dived into that so I did.

Not even had lunch yet ffs! At this rate it'll be a bowl of cereal in about an hours time!

2x slices of toasted wholewheat (or something) bread, tin of tuna

Yesterday I had a chicken fillet roll with lettuce, cheese and... coleslaw. I've largely neglected coleslaw as a sandwich filling, but it enhanced that roll considerably.

I'm about to go to my parents and eat their food.

I'm thinking a crisp sandwich (has to be king crisps and brennans bread)and an energy drink, although they don't agree with my bowels....

Stay off the energy drinks so, you don't want to 'caught short' when you are on the way home :(

Homemade fresh basil and mixed herb bread, warm from the breadmaker with a healthy spread of butter, a packet of knorr thick country vegetable soup, and some roast chicken left over from the other night, washed down with 7up...

It was thrown together, but absolutely amazeballs...
