To the best of knowledge, there isn't one, unless it is a charter flight.

I am going there on my honeymoon soon, and couldn't find one, so I am flying to Athens, then from Athens to Rhodes.

We were in Rhodes last year - there are no direct flights from Ireland, chartered or otherwise.

Your best bet is by going through the UK - both Ryanair and Easyjet fly to Rhodes - or by flying directly to Athens from Dublin, and then taking a flight from Athens to Rhodes (we used Aegean Air).

Either way - beware of strikes! We had our homeward travel plans disripted by a threatened ATC strike.

Its a shame that none of the charters even go there anymore - I went there on a package hol many years ago and loved it. I particularly liked Lindos, but I believe it has become a bit too touristy now.

You could also head to Turkey and get a ferry over? Bodrum and Kusadasi run ferries to Rhodes, and I think Cesme might also do one, and maybe even some other smaller resorts along the coast.
