Energie Fitness in Ashbourne has just introduced TRX, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga, as part of their membership. I have been paying 70euro per month to do two TRX classes a week!!! Has anyone tried the TRX in Energie (Ashbourne)?? Is it any good. A friend of mine joined and said the rates were pretty good, but the TRX hadnt…
