Short biceps vs Long biceps

Is there any way to make your biceps longer or is it just down to genetics?
For instance, my bicep would be quite short. As in, if I was to flex my arm, I can fit 2 fingers side by side between the bottom of the bicep and the crook of the elbow. Maybe 3 fingers. It doesn't really bother me much but if there was a way to make them slightly longer it'd be great.

I'm not very au fait with it tbh but as far as I know it's mostly governed by tendon length. If you've long tendons and relatively short muscle, tough titty.

I've heard people talk about the ability to train up tendons to have muscular qualities but I no know more than that and really couldn't be bothered googling at this hour to sound like an expert on something I'm not.

I'd love to hear others takes on it tho.

I think it's all down to genetics really. But if your biceps get big enough I don't think shortness is an issue, in fact you'll have more of a 'peak' going on.
Ronnie Coleman has short biceps, don't think it bothers him! The complete opposite would be Kevin Levrone with long biceps, don't think it bothers him either!
Moral of the story: get big gunz!

edit; was gonna get a pic of coleman and got this thread right away http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=133721641&page=1 and funnily enough there's a pic with the two guys I mentioned.
