I recently started a paypal account but the problem is its saying its now limited! after confirming my credit card the account is still limited? its now saying i must submit some form of photo id? I uploaded a photo of myself and its saying i have added a new file but the account is still limited and the resolution is…

I recently started a paypal account but the problem is its saying its now limited! after confirming my credit card the account is still limited? its now saying i must submit some form of photo id? I uploaded a photo of myself and its saying i have added a new file but the account is still limited and the resolution is marked as "in progress"? if anyone could offer any help or advice id be eternally greatfull
