Nut Butter - how much?

I am trying to increase the protein in my diet to reduce sugar cravings. But I don't enjoy eating large quantities of any one food so having big portions of meat, fish, eggs etc is off- putting.

I have cashew nut butter which I thought might be good. Using it on oat cakes and in porridge. Does anyone know how much I would need to eat to have a benefit. Is a heaped teaspoon too little?

    Thanks!

as much as your six pack will allow

If you are fit, healthy, in good shape (can see your abs or would not consider yourself overweight) and feel good on it = tuck in

Need to drop fat = step away from the jar and go easy

TBH, I certainly could do with loosing fat but at the moment it's not my priority. My diet is full of sugar so I'm happy to increase my calories from protein and good fats in the hope that it will mean I'll be able to stop eating the junk and then overall my calorie intake should decrease. That's the plan anyway!

I guess I'll just have to experiment and see what keeps me satisfied.

Keep it up so - getting off the sugar and wheat must be step one and after a month or two of that look into portions
