I'm not fussed too much about the pay! I just want a job in company where it is good to work for! having had past experiences with staff which has being outrageous! dont get me wrong i know every job is hard im not looking for something simple! but i want somewhere which has respect for staff, not firing people all the time, not trying to make you scared out of your head that you may be out of a job ETC! lol
If ya have worked for any good companies i would love to hear how you found it, why you think it was great i will really appreciate it!
