i have been trainning in runners the last month , i find it hard to slip around the ring and turn quick and was interested in getting a pair of boots .

generally do you have to get a size bigger like football boots ?

will they be worth the money for ease of movement?

i was looking at a cheap pair on mick dowlings shop website would anybody recomend these;http://mickdowlingsportsworld.ie/index.php/boxing/box-hog-low-cut-senior.html

if not what other cheap alternatives .

Same size as runners, the box hogs will do you fine-for 45 euro you can't go wrong for a pair of Adidas.

is mick dowlings only an online shop , or is it somewhere in dublin because idd like to have a look around it and try on the runners before buying.
