You don't need to be there four hours early. Save it as a .pdf and email it to yourself and access the boarding pass that way. I think it will even be accessible on Ryanair's website within the four hours, you just have to do the actual checking in more than four hours before.

That said, I'm not sure are there printers available at the airport. I think the Internet kiosk on the second floor of the old terminal next to O'Brien's might have a printer, but I'm not sure.

I don't think the internet terminals at the airport have printers attached to them. The ones that I have used did not, but I am open to correct on that, as it would make sense to have them.

Do you have any friends or family members with printers? If you email your booking confirmation number and/or email address that you made the booking with, they can log onto the Ryanair website, check you in and print off your boarding passes.

Failing that, there are two 24 hour internet cafes in Dublins city centre, on Wellington Quay and on Talbot St. If you have 4 hrs to kill before your flight, surely you'd have time to head in there and print off your boarding passes?

Turns out I was wrong. Dublin Airport does have internet and printing facilities on all 3 floors.

Here ya go OP, this is from their own website.
