Hi.Would one tempo run and one long run and one farlek type workout be enough to maintain my fitness for about 3 or 4 weeks till I can go back to my normal mileage?

I was running an hour every second day which amounted to around 26mpw.

    Today i did a tempo of 3 x 1 mile 2 mins recovery

    Would appreciate any advice.

If I'm reading this right you will still be running 3 times a week but your actually adding more quality as opposed to the long steady runs. You'd properly benefit from this as just maintaining your fitness.

If you were only running easy or steady before you will probably improve in the short term with this training.
