    Are Estate Agents obliged to tell you the latest offer on a house or can they just say they have an offer above or below the asking price. Many thanks

    If you tell the Estate Agents you are interested to put an offer, normally they will tell you, though not on any sale agreed properties.

    That is interesting. I'm meeting an auctioneer on Saturday. We are going to put a offer on a house. It is 16% away from the asking price so we don't think it will be accepted.
