Laptop recommendations - Budget €400 to €500

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade in the next few months.

Bought a Dell Inspiron 640M about 6 years ago and reckon it's nearing the end of its life.

So I'm looking for something between €400 and €500.

Just for general use, internet, music, movies...some light admin Excel, Word that kind of thing. Might use ot for photo editing in the future.

Not a gamer so don't need to consider high spec graphics cards.

Anyone got any recommendations.

Not a bad Lenovo laptop there. Sorry to jump in on this OP but im in the same situation, id go up to about €450 and im thinking Lenovo as they seem to have great customer support. Also im not sure on the processor, im hearing good things about those AMD Fusion processors but im not really up to date on Intel VS AMD,maybe some one could help with some input on that? Right now im thinking this is a good deal

I know the specs are listed as Intel Core i5 but its actually AMD Fusion C-50

Would be handy for travelling around (but maybe screen is a little too small for watching movies and stuff.

I was actually looking at the Samsung RV520, great price on Amazon and no1 seller for them as well, great reviews too.

That said, I don't think the deliver to Ireland. although I could be wrong.

I'm more inclined to go for the Samsung. But thanks for pointing out the Toshiba as well.
