I'm looking for a decent physio that will take an appointment next week. I was getting a discomfort in my knees like somewhere else on my legs was too tight and pulling on them when squatting. I foam rolled the shít out of them and they're much better now.

I just want to get them properly checked out. Also anyone know a ballpark figure of how much physio costs.

Functional Training Ireland or Sports Med Ireland would be the best to talk to.

    Think physio's are around €60?

Went to physio today. Pain in knees is due to too much weight and squatting too much with my poor technique. Muscles are tensing up due to over compensating.

But my god, the pain when he massaged the muscles to get out the knots!!

I was foam rolling but not enough and I should be doing before I workout.

Where did you end up going for physio, GP? I'm going to Sports Med atm and it's pretty great tbh.
