Death rates in a population pyramid ?

    How do you show this or recognize it ?

    It doesn't show death rates per say.

    Wide at bottom for high birth rates.
    Skinny at top for low life expectancy.

    I said it was death rates?

    Awh crap! So I got it wrong? I thought it was like high death rates at the ages 0-5 in pyramid b? Did I go wrong?

    The base of Pyramid B was wider because there was a high rate of births.
    But don't worry, that was only one part of a 3 part question. :) You'll be grand, your answers for the other parts will make up for it!

    Not loads.
    That was a 10 mark question with 3 parts.
    So.. around 3 1/2 marks for each part. You're only losing 3 1/2 (approximately) there. :)
