laptop wont connect to eircom broadband

    right i bought my laptop last xmas in ireland.worked here fine.went back to holland to work and worked no bother.came home again and now it would connect to the eircom broadband.it said the settings were wrong or something.....sent it back to a guy who who knows computers to see if he could do something,,,,,,,,,,,,,now when i look for networks i can pick up the broadband in the house,,,put in the code which is in the back of the eircom box and it just says the password is invalid ,,or the key or passphrase is incorrect ,,tried it serveral times,,,absolute no luck

    any suggestions

    You're putting the code in wrong. And before you say you're not, you're putting the code in wrong.

    you're probly using the wrong pass.. the password to connect to the net wirelessly is probably different to the one you need to connect to the router itself (which would be on the box). can you log into the router and find the password there?
