Dsd and Amphibian King sponsored athlete runs 2.04.82 tonight.
Would have though she was more a 1500m-3k runner !!!
The race was part ofan IMC tonight in Irishtown.

Great running by her, super fast time!:D That is a good PB to run so early in the season.

It must have been at the graded meet! Still is a great place for the PBs.

Over the last year it has seen many qualifying marks etc. I think the recession has meant that less trips to the continent to get fast races has actually improved the quality at the upper end.

Did she achieve this time in a mixed race or in a women's only race? If the latter then 2:04 is quite stunning given the fact that 2nd place was 2:20 and she would have been basically just running a time trial on her own!

Sinead Denny acted as pacemaker I believe. Presume she took her around to 500/600.
