Hi Guys, Can anyone advise what the ball park figure /price for an air tightness (blower)test, my builder is doing the air tighness and I would like to have the house independently tested, also whilst I am here does any one know the average rate per sqm for a tiler thanks

Someone mentioned to me in passing last week that a blower door test is now around 280 Euro. Not long ago they were 1000.
