Money taken from my account

    Just looked at my online banking and 200 euro was taken from my account without my authorization. It just has a number like this xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. What should I do??

    Get on to your Bank in the morning and ask for an explanation.

    Have you tried calling your online banking, they might have more information about the transaction, do you have a card (Laser or debit card) associated with the account.

    Depends, assuming it's a fraud and there is no negligence on your part, then you have a good chance of getting it back.

    Could I call them at this hour??

    I lost my laser card last week. Reported it stolen wednsday, got my pin friday and expecting my card tomorrow. The description for the debit online looks like a card number. Do they charge for lost/stolen cards??

    If the op has nothing to do with the fraud then yes, they will get it back.

    Rang them today and they said I started a savings account and requested 200 to be taken every month. I started that in january and this is the first time money has been taken out!
