    Hi folks,
I have just seen my first owl,I was walking the dog at around 10:20pm Co.Galway and it flew very slowly about 20feet in front of us possibly 15ft above the ground.
It flew behind a neighbours field, looked like a young owl but had such a majestic flight.
Delighted to see it but I am curious to know what type they are, hopefully one of yee knowledgeable folk will know.
    Thanks
