Got a mate who owe me a few favors for some IT support so he's selling me his 1100T for €100 soon which means I'll be giving my GF my 960T if her old comp sells for €350 which means I will have about €250 for to buy everything else except a SDD and a HDD which she already has. She uses her comp to play The Sims 3 with custom content + all EP's & Skyrim @ 1680x1050 and photoshop and general art stuff.
This is what I got so far (slightly over budget):

    Item|Price
    Total build cost: €235.92 + €18.99 shipping
    XFX RADEON HD 6770 850M 1GB DDR5 DUAL DVI, Mini HDMI|€84.72
    LiteOn iHAS122-18 schwarz SATA|€16.68
    MSI 760GM-P23 (FX), Sockel AM3+, mATX, PCIe|€38.75
    4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1333 CL9|€21.20
    BitFenix Merc Beta|€32.77
    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 450W|€41.80

Added the Merc Beta instead of the Alpha because she didn't like the open vents at the top.
Also would of loved to add a core unclocker mobo because the 960T I have is able to be unlocked stabally but on this budget I don't think that's possible considering I'd need a aftermarket heatsink aswell to keep it's temp down.
