Nothing new here, the scammers are always at it. You should report it to PayPal as well.

Gmail actually have a Lab add-on that verifies the sender of emails. It's first on the list it's called
    Authentication icon for verified senders
. Unfortunately works for just Ebay and Paypal at the moment.

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

Any suspicious e mail, I always right click on the header, there should be the source coming up. In most cases, the fake address is revealed.

Ah now, the site in the email address is obviously not originating from paypal.com

bad grammar is always a dead giveaway...

If ever these scammers learn English we'll be in real trouble.

lol also at the bit at the end

"dont reply to this email - It will just confuse the computer that sent it"

    “Roll it back”

Every email counts. When you forward suspicious-looking emails to
spoof@paypal.com, you help keep yourself and others safe from identity
    theft.

Your account security is very important to us, so we appreciate your
    extra effort.

    Thanks,

    PayPal

They usually reply when you send something on, confirming it was ......... etc

I never click links in emails. If it's important it will prompt me to do it when I log into my account.
