Can anyone point me in the direction of how to go about renting out a place for a month in Barcelona. Where would I start looking about this?

Budget is around 300 euros a week for 2 people. Thanks!

I used Barcelona Home to rent a flat with my girlfriend for a month and found them to be pretty good, a deposit was placed on my credit card and all the money was returned, which is not always the case with some of the letting agents. http://en.barcelona-home.com/.

Another option is using the Loquo website, its similar to gumtree but you will often find people wanting to sublet their flat for a month, especially during August. It could work out much better value than an agency. http://www.loquo.com/ce/housing/flats-for-rent-by-owner/300.

Are you working or studying during the month? If so the company or school will more than likely be able to offer you some good and reputable companies or people who have apartments for short term rent. Feel free to ask or pm if you want more info as I've a long list of thieving agents too!

Thanks! I want to go over for a while to improve my Spanish and just experience the city. I know it quite well already. Having difficulty finding a relatively cheap place for the month though but I'll check out your recommendations.
