Whey protein

Hey I usually get usn but heard it has 70g protein per 100 gram product so wanted a higher protein value and was told optium nutrition was like 80 per 100 gram. I buy online at fitnessireland as the price is good but they don't seem to have optium nutrition whey protein. So anyone know good whey protein that's not too…

they do have it, it's called optimum nutrition, i think you were just spelling it incorrectly.

or the 5kg bag is like 90 quid.

for what it's worth myprotein.ie do their own brand whey and it's just as good and a decent amount cheaper.
