Looks like a very sweet little number. In fact, a lot of people seem to think of it as one of the best fuzz pedals of all time!

The coolest feature is probably the diode switch, which goes from germanium to no-diode to silicone.

I got mine for $140, including shipping. Not too bad.

This is a pretty cool video of what it has to offer:

The Pro Guitar Shop video is also great, if not just for 'Cornucopia' at the beginning:

I was going to throw in a CMAT Mods Tremoglo too but it was out of stock. Probably for the best.

Have to say, even with the diode clipping bypassed that's an awesome overdrive. One of the best fuzzes I've heard in a while.

i have one and love it...cascades with other pedals to create insane heavey fuzz I have fulltone 70's and a dwarfcraft internet fuzz which stack up really well but I really dont need that much noise and the blackarts is fine on its own with a nice clean amp at any volume

GLASHEART I would love to give that Foxrox Aquavibe a try at some stage if you are around?

Pedals are such an exciting way to get guitar-related gear without breaking the bank. Can't wait to try the Pharaoh Fuzz now!

Any recommendations for tremolos under $150?

The CMAT Mods Tremoglo looks great - it acts as a booster if you flick the switch.

I've been through about 6 tremolo pedals in the last 3 years. Jimmy Behan Schaller Trem clone is THE BEST. Just loaned a friend my board for a tour and he called after ten minutes of rehearsals to ask where I picked up my "no name" trem. Also a boost pedal like the one you mentioned. Can't recommend the pedal highly enough, variable rate (quick or slow trem) good depth.

I'd actually completely forgotten about Mr Behan.

I see that the Schaller Trem can act as a booster as well. Any idea how much that was?

Just give Jimmy a shout www.jimmybehanfx.net. I don't like quoting prices in case they're not current. All I'll say is, it was very fair compared to others I had

Yeah, that's fair enough. Thanks for that, pal.

Got the Pharaoh Fuzz today. So far I'm very impressed. It sounds fantastic with my ASAT Special as well as my Gretsch Annie. I didn't have much time to try it with my SG or my Legacy but I have no doubt that I'll find useful tones with some tweaking. The diode switch makes it really versatile and the sustain you can get from the pedal is immense.

    Highly recommended.

My favourite Trem is a Tremulus Lune (clone). Does all the classic sounds and then a bunch of crazy stuff too.
