    Hi

Got that pic thanks - I know it's a bit lower than you are asking but I have looking around for a while so know what I can get and for what. Based on that I am prepared to offer €675 if you can come back to that.

I have the cash here ready to go and can collect in the Dublin Area this week (or further afield with a bit of notice).

Too low not letting them go for that there worth the asking price. I'm only selling because I want tubs so if I don't get the asking I'm not parting.

If you don't want offers, don't invite them!

Ono offer doesnt mean a take the piss offer.
I'm open to something close not insulting!

Posters are entitled to offer whatever they consider appropriate. If you don't want to accept, just say so. There's no need to adopt that attitude, and please do not make contradictory statements

    Thanks

Hi again, I see there has been a bit of discussion on here already. My offer was not intended to be insulting and at 80% of your “asking” price (which did invite offers), was I believe not unreasonable and was a serious offer, I have cash here available, as I need to replace a pair of wheels which were damaged recently.

While I appreciate that your wheels are in good nick, the fact is that they are 2nd hand and as such come without a warranty etc. For similar money to your asking price I can I buy a new set of Mavic Comics (a great wheel too, even allowing for the very slight weight penalty) complete with warranty and 3yr crash protection insurance.

As a last roll of the dice I am prepared to up my offer to €725 if you can deal at that and will complete the deal before the weekend, (subject to inspection, which shouldn’t be an issue based on the pic you sent me)

Let me know, if you interested at that price,

    Cheers

Like you I didn't see your reply, so apologies for the delay in reverting

Assuming you still have them I am happy with the price of €750 (subject to inspection - not that I anticpate any issues based on the pics you sent me, and both free hubs for Shimano and campag as per you origional post).

Have sent you a PM to arrange collection / payment etc
