is there any app or online website where i can put all my social media on one page, i know of tweetdeck but thats only twitter and facebook. is there any that take into account tumblr and linkdin also?

ye tumblr is, more of a blog site i suppose. i tried to add more things to tweetdeck but couldnt find how. is there something easy im missing because when i go to add account the only option it gives me is twitter or facebook
