My active speaker keeps cutting in and out

    hello everyone.
    this might be the wrong section so feel free to move it
    i have a set of FBT LF62A active speakers (amps built in) and one is perfect not a bother on it but the other one cuts in and out when up loud or when a bit of bass kicks in when you move either the power cord or the jack lead it works again and if you keep the two leads held in it works perfect.
    i tried changing to different power cords and other jack leads but still does the same.
    i think ill try xlr leads to see if that works but im not sure i hope it will.
    i've been told its a loose connection what do you's think and what can i do?

    very likely a loose connection inside the cabinet. If you're comfortable with electricity then open it up and look. Otherwise ask someone who is.

    I agree with the second suggestion. Get someone who knows what they are doing.
