If you are talking about deal on the xbox it should pop up on the xbox dashboard in one of the flash windows when your membership runs out.

it's expired again my sub ran out today and I'm just on checking and the only offer is €9.99 for 3 months - i'll leave it be for a few days to see if anything changes (luckily sky gets feck all use when the soccer season is over)
