Hey, I am now going for driving every day with friends who are fully licensed. And well perhaps there is some specific route or destination which would include all kinds of roads and conditions to get there? :D I mean looping around city randomly seems useless, as there is no roundabouts sometimes.

Get where? Where are you planning on doing your test? Find out where the boundaries of the test area are. Do as much driving in that area as you can, as opposed to just randomly driving around the city. Each test center area has its own unique hazards, road conditions, blind spots, roundabouts, tricky intersections etc etc. The test area itself can be extensive. For example the Finglas test area starts just north of Glasnevin Cemeterys main gate, and ends near IKEA in Ballymun. There are A LOT of main roads, secondary roads, a couple of dual carriageways, roundabouts, industrial estates & housing estates in between. Your tester can take you anywhere he/she likes in the area on test day. Getting as familiar as you can with the test area with will stand you in good stead on test day, as well as getting you good general driving experience overall.
