Contacting a SW Office

This may not be the right forum, but, been trying to contact social welfare office in ballyfermot this week. They don't answer their phone. They close at 4 so it's hard to get there while working, had to leave a new job two hours early today to try and make it to them to sort this out and they had closed early.

Anyone have any idea of any other way to contact the office? Don't want to be leaving work early again, not looking forward to going in on Tuesday to tell them this isn't sorted yet. There is only one phone number on welfare.ie and that rings out. :mad:

Was thinking of lodging a complaint on welfare.ie about the office and leaving my contact details in the hope they get back to me on Tuesday. Anyone else I can contact to try and get through to this office?

Thanks, yeah saw the fax number but didn't actually think of faxing them a letter.

Saw that link alright. I'm not confident of a response from it but was planning on typing everything + my phone number in there in the hope they check it.

they are employed and need to contact the SWO for some reason yet no one answers

I have nothing to sign off. I want to contact the office and speak to someone. I love how one thing they make easy to do and find information on is how to sign off though...
