Contacting a SW Office

This may not be the right forum, but, been trying to contact social welfare office in ballyfermot this week. They don't answer their phone. They close at 4 so it's hard to get there while working, had to leave a new job two hours early today to try and make it to them to sort this out and they had closed early.

Anyone have any idea of any other way to contact the office? Don't want to be leaving work early again, not looking forward to going in on Tuesday to tell them this isn't sorted yet. There is only one phone number on welfare.ie and that rings out.

Was thinking of lodging a complaint on welfare.ie about the office and leaving my contact details in the hope they get back to me on Tuesday. Anyone else I can contact to try and get through to this office?
