Losing that last bit of fat, but keeping the lean mass

I work out 5-6 times a week, doing a mixture of weight lifting, cardio based exercises and mobility (crossfit style "metcon's).

As the workouts are intense, and i want add some mass, I ensure i eat well. no bread/grains, rarely eat sweets, eat lots of meat veg and nuts and lots of milk, to basically get between 3200 and 3500 Calories a Day.

I have put on some good solid mass, but along with this I have a little extra fat I didnt have before.

I now want to get rid of this. I train enough so Its purely down to diet.
I know a body needs fat to operate correctly, so I am wondering, if i try to cut as much fats out of my diet (cutting down on the oil, butter, grilling food, using low fat milk etc etc etc), but still keep the same calories comming in so that i dont lose the lean mass, Is that a good way to get rid of that last bit of fat?

Id appreciate some advice here, as although my diet is good, im unsure exactly whats the best method to lose the fat while keeping the lean muscle.

    Thanks!
