    No, theirs a review currently going on where the public can submit ideas/changes so that we may end up with some kinda decent copyright law that suits everyone though.

    ACTA looks like it's gonna be thrown out in Europe because
    it does not balance the rights and freedoms of the different stakeholders
    restoring some of my Faith in the whole system.



    ACTA is the Euro version of the Irish SOPA-->legislation so vague that if a test case was brought tomorrow it would be up to the mood of the Judge on the day what kinda laws we'd all end up with!     thanks that's what i meant to ask really. so all in all, there's no difference in internet now? ie the laws haven't changed yet?
