    Hi there

I've just moved to Dublin (Dundrum) and would like to buy a leap card. The online purchase system crashes and the 'where's your nearest stockist' page doesn't list Dundrum... does anyone know anywhere local I can buy one?

    Thanks

It does, you need to look in Dublin 14 for stockists. Most Payzone shops stock them; the Costcutter in Windy Arbour or Spar on Main Street are listed on the site as having them.

Have a look at the thread of friendly Leapcard Agents

OP, there is a lot of confusion about names of suburbs in Dublin with a lot of flexible boundaries to suit estate agents and snobbery so the postal district number is the one to use, including on your mailing address.

That means that you do not need to use 'Dundrum' for utilities, credit card, bank etc., just the house number and street and 'Dublin 14', in this style...

Yes, it is a pity they can't just use Google Maps and it's search. Would be a lot more powerful and flexible. The current search is very poor and hard to use.

BTW Yes, I know this is a problem with the Payzone website, rather then the Leap website.

BBTW from the point of view of a developer, it is very easy to use Google maps like this, would only take a day to set up.
