Ive posted many threads on this before and I just cant seem to get a decent hurling strike off either side consistantly despite all the hours practise ive done trying to fix it. I had a spell over the last 2 months when it seemed i was finally starting to get it right and close to a level that i wanted. i just dnt get it, I was getting it perfectly of both sides but now over the last week or so its gone and now im back to sq 1 whereby im failing to hit it cleanly again. What the hell is going on?? If i can get it right, I know i can be a very good hurler because i hav a good touch but im so frustrated with it. Maybe i shud just give up altogether

record yourself and post it on Youtube and uphear.
the frist thing you have to do is to learn to hold the hurler correctly.
If you have a look at Michael Dugian Book he talks about it.
