Help losing body fat

    Hey Guys,

    Recently i've let myself go weight wise and i'm looking to get back into shape.

    I used to go to the gym 5 days a week and do a number of sports but i the
    last few months I just got lazy and ate and drank crap...so i'm well due a kick in the arse!

    Some stats about me that may be helpful: 6 foot, currently 15 stone, and have weight training experience. I know what diet i need to follow: porridge for breakfast, yogurt/nuts for snacks, brown rice,fish, chicken, veg for dinner, etc.

    Can anyone recommend a good programme for losing body fat? I can probably manke it to the gym 3-4 times a week. Also, would taking any supplements help and which would you guys reccommmend?
