Just wondering what technique people use regarding their bike/shoe set up.
I did a duathlon last night and had the shoes clipped on to the bike , but numb nuts forgot elastics but figured i could still manage it. i couldnt.
I lost a good bit of time and eventually had to get off my bike after a shoe falling off and having to put the shoes on then jump back on the bike - SHOCKER !

do most people do the shoes and elastics trick or just place the shoes on the ground beside the bike ?
