eBay seller or DHL at fault

    Hey guys,
I purchased 2 hoodies from the superdry store on eBay on the 22nd of may. It was then shipped from the uk on the 23rd. As the store is based in the UK, I assumed that I'd have it by fri 25th or worse case Monday 28th. When nothing came by tues 29th, I was mad and emailed the seller.

Originally I got no shipping info from the seller, nor was I asked for a contact number during the sale. So they sent me a tracking number after I went looking for it, and only then did I find out that they were using DHL. After logging in, I saw that my parcel had been in the cork depot since Thurs 24th!

DHL couldn't deliver because my address had become illegible. The status on the parcel at that stage was "address information needed- contact DHL".
That means for 5 days, 3 of which were working days, DHL couldn't think to contact the eBay seller to get in contact with me. It was only after I went looking for the tracking number and contacted DHL myself, that thinks got going again.
I rang yesterday morning and was told it would be 24-48 hours before they sorted it and delivered it. I log in this morning to find that the hoodies are now back in the uk!

Im just wondering if I am entilited to any compo of any sorts as surely it's up to the eBay seller, which is the official superdry reseller on eBay, to make sure DHL can contact them if there's a problem with a delivery? As for DHL, I dont know what idiot decided to just ship it back to the seller when they could have contacted them!
Sorry rant over. Any input or thought will be appreciated.

It is always up to the seller to ensure delivery, so he'll have to re-send or refund you at this stage.

That's the standard procedure for an undeliverable package, for any courier, postal or delivery agent.
