    Hi folks,

I'm planning on walking the Inca Trail in March 2013 and I'm wondering if anybody has recommendations for trekking companies to go with?

On other forums people recommend Llama Path but a few posters claim that you can get it a lot cheaper than their $560 price and that they generally attract an older crowd. I'd be looking to do it with a backpacker crowd rather than a group in their 40s/50s as the pictures on there website seem to suggest is their clientele.

    Thanks for any help.

I went with G Adventures, they are not a peruviam company but they use all peruvian people, I am not sure if they are close to being cheap but I certainly didnt think they were expensive and we had an excellent time !! Couldnt fault any of it, loved every minute. I have also heard reports that LLama Path are good though...

The group I went with ranged from 23ish to 38 and all got along great !!
