    Can a person claim for one parent family if they lived with the other parent and child for last three months of the year. For the six months before that they lived apart . Thanks

    they should of made d claim while living apart, if they are living together now they cant claim.. and the claim cant be back dated to when they were living apart. go on to citizens information that will give u all u need to know
