    I am having trouble latley with triax magic eyes they dont work if I use a different brand it works ,just wondering has anyone else got this problem,as I have a load of them and I might return them

    Move them away from the tv some makes of tv especially philips cause radiation that can stop them working.....by moving them away from the tv it often solves the problem

    No problems happy to help I've had countless problems with all make of Magic eyes especially when its a Philips tv....and it took my ages to come up with that solution when I first came across it.

    I've seen this happen with HD boxes too where the Sky remote was un-responsive if the box was in close proximity to the Philips tv.

    TV sets radiate a lot of interference. Sounds daft but, if you have problems, you should keep other equipment well away from a TV set and ensure that any leads are properly screened. Don't use DIY store "clothes line" leads.
