Dying a wig

    Hi
My mother is on chemotherapy and will loose her hair. She has found a wig that she likes the shape and style of but it is a gray colour. It is synthetic fiber and when we tried to dye it with (nice & easy) it wouldn't hold. We also dropped it into a hairdressers and they tried with again had no luck. The line seems to be that synthetic wigs can't be dyed but there must be some way! Is there anyone out there with ideas? Even if there is somebody in industry that would have a look at it it would be great!
    Thanks

As far as I know,no way at all. each hair is a non porous plastic strip. It wont absorb the dye.
    Hope the chemo goes well:)
