Hi, I am drawing up a statement of means at present for an application to vary maintenance as I cannot afford amount. I am paying in excess of 100 eur per week for my infant daughter as my hours in work have been cut. Do I include all of my wife and I expenses and then split it by 50% including a car loan which is not in my name as it is my wife's? I also have a step daughter (not legal guardian) do I include our costs for childcare. Thanks

You list all the household income & expenditure.
