Subscribed but no difference

Hi, I subscribed last night but can't see any difference in the CP (other than it lists that I have an active subscription) so no custom avatar available etc. I have logged out and in, tried different browser etc. Something stuck?

Upgrades to the subscriber usergroup are processed in time, but you appear to be all set now.
