anyone had a similar problem or any info woud be some help!long story short was in a buisness partnership went belly up , partner did most of the accounting as hed done an acconting course (he said) stupid of me i know:( so he had all the paper work bank accounts etc he collected them. hes since ****ed off and ive been tryin to sort out the mess since the buisness ended 3years ago! i came to an arangement with the bank to pay half the money owed in one go to get me off it witch unfortunatly emptied my savings!then the revenue sherrifs came a nocking so i came to an instalment plan which i havent missed once last 2years think its almost done now! finally the problem i have (one of many)is ive now got court summons for non producement of assesments for the last 2years buisness was running
what can happen now to me????? got in contact with the accountant before and he said there was a bill outstanding which i dont have any money to pay for after all this was going to sort it out after the tax bill as i thought that would be the end of it but this has come up now.im quite tempted to jump on a plane anywhere i know it would be buring my head in the sand its just i cant take much more!:( im to blame for this i know,save anyone telling me!whats the worst could happen to me?
