I signed up for one of these schemes today. Well, when I say signed up; I filled in the online form. There is a $1.95 fee for setting up and I didn't proceed, I was curious more than anything. About 30 mins later I got a call from "Phil" who was extremely persuasive and I signed up. Initially it's a five day trial and if they don't hear from you they'll be in contact to sign you up fully. There is then a monthly fee of $30 for site maintenance, blah, blah. Anyway it all seems above board enough but I lost my bottle and imagined my credit card being maxed out by tea time so I rang their customer service number and cancelled the account. They offered me 10 days instead of 5 but I told them I wanted to cancel full stop. They saud the account was cancelled. I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience of this. I've no reason to believe they're dodgy (did a bit of research on the web) but I'm just worried that I'm going to be hounded. Thanks

inform your credit card company to block any transactions, and get a new credit card number.

in all honesty, I cannot understand why people sign up for these schemes, they're virtually all pyramid type.
