Samsung RV20 Problem

    Hi all,

    I got a Samsung RV20 laptop yesterday. The wireless on it doesn't appear to be great, it takes forever to download anything or stream video. It takes longer than it should to load text based pages as well. To download anything I've had to plug in the ethernet cable, that seems to be working ok. I don't think it's our connection, we have 25 mb broadband and my phone and other laptops in the house are getting good speed from the wifi. I'm not great with technology, anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
