Need some help here folks, gave up smoking and took up junk food for the last 2 months, I'm cutting out the garbage food. Very little selection in the supermarket of fiber rich drinks, actually there were none. Should I be looking at getting a blender and make my own?

I think i've started today fairly all right, porridge oats, an orange and i'm snacking on a few pistachios. I've some popcorn and honey weighwatchers honey oat bars for when i'm feeling peckish today.

Where do I go from here though? I'm really not into salads.

Fiber rich drinks ??? Drink plenty of water and green tea.
Smoothies are ok occasionally if you want to blend something up. Or make a healthly juice with veg and fruits.

Porridge is OK in small doses, try have eggs each morning and maybe porridge with mixed berries has a treat or only twice a week.

Nuts are good, with good fats but easy on them as they are high in calories. handful is enough.

Throw out all the weight watchers crap. Full of salt and preserves and has no nutrition value what so every.

6 small high protein/low carb meals a day and you see results. Have a look at the stickys.
