Can I merge contacts lists from 2 nokia phones

I have a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and a Nokia 6120.
Is there a simple way to merge the contacts lists in both phones?
I know I can manually merge 2 csv lists in a spreadsheet but I was hoping for an automated or less time-consuming solution.
On this occasion Google doesn't seem to "be my friend" and returns lots of results for merging contacts from Facebook, Twitter and Nokia etc. but nothing I can find for 2 Nokia lists.
If anyone can point me at a solution I'd be grateful.

Use the sync function to remote server online, or just transfer the numbers on to the sim, change the sim to the other phone, and then copy from sim memory to phone memory.

Use google contacts, it's also handy to keep as a online backup of all your contacs.
Just move from each phone to GC and then edit online contacts list before syncing again.
