After the success of their debut E.P ‘Organic’, Crow Black Chicken are about dominate summer 2012.
With a string of gigs, festival appearances and their debut album ‘Electric Soup’ due for release on June 1st, it is no wonder Crow Black Chicken have been named as the band to watch out for in 2012.
Their debut ‘Electric Soup’ will be available to download from June 1st with an album launch being held in Whelan’s, Dublin on July 20th.
Crow Black Chicken have built up a loyal following since their formation in 2009 where they began playing as a Blues band. Since then, the band has developed their own original style; one that has been turning the heads of music fanatics and the media, nationwide. Their style is a fusion of their musical pasts. A rhythm section with unlikely roots in Jazz, Blues, Punk and Vocals/Guitar from the Blues Folk Rock tradition, together, this fusion creates the sound of Crow Black Chicken.

Following their highly successful Glastonbury 2011 debut on the BBC Introducing Stage, they have been tipped as a band to watch out for in 2012. Playing an uncountable amount of gigs in 2011, Crow Black Chicken have just announced their summer 2012 dates with a number of appearances on the festival front throughout the country. There really is no excuse to miss this band as they will be coming to a town near you with their upcoming album.
